This will take you to the booking form, prefilled with data of the tours you are interested in so we can know more details about your needs, and will be able to provide you with accurate answers.You can also go straight to the booking form without selecting any tours to make a general enquiry or to request something tailored to your needs.When filling out the booking form, please provide as many details as you can. What happens after I submit the booking form?Following the booking request, ThaiParadises.com Contact Travel will state tour availability or send another proposal. If the tour is confirmed on our side, we send you the trip registration, together with tour details and deposit and payment instructions .Contact Travel, the operator of ThaiParadises.com, will be your booking agent for all tours. When should I send the booking deposit?Following confirmation of tour availability, and once you agree with the services and prices, you should make a deposit as soon as possible. Participation in a tour will be confirmed to participants only after reception of the deposit.The deposit must be received by ThaiParadises.com Co. LTD at least 5 days before the tour or services begin.Deposit is not refundable, as it will cover our booking fees and expenses.Deposit / payment For all services such as 1 day tours,flight tickets and for all hotel reservation, we require full payment in advance. What if we need to cancel our tour or reservation?In case of cancellation by the client(s), ThaiParadises.com Co. LTD., will retain full deposit amount as per our General Conditions. General Conditions - ThaiParadise.com ThaiParadises.com offers a variety of tours, tickets and services (“products”) through its website (www.thaiparadises.com). Liability--ThaiParadises.com CO., LTD is a registered Company in Thailand, here-under referred to as "the Company".The Company is traval company which also act as intermediary between hotels, airlines and transport companies providing services. Therefore the company is not responsible in case of loss, injury, damage that could happen to the client, including those occurring outside the tours or programs. Any loss or additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disasters, political actions or government restrictions, must be borne by the clients. The handling of baggage is at the client's risk throughout the tour. Our programs, itineraries, services and prices, are established and based on a certain date, and therefore subject to change without notice, before or during the tour. We reserve the rights to provide similar or superior hotels/tours/flights in case of non-availability.Clients are responsible for obtaining relevant visas and documents to enter legally the country. It is the client's own responsibility to meet our staff/guide or his representative, at the time and date agreed and mentioned in our final tour confirmation.Safety--Due to the nature of most of our adventure tours, participants must be aware of the hazards which may be associated with the activities. Therefore we strongly recommend that you carry your own insurance. Participants are responsible for loss or damage of provided equipment. Participants agree to accept the authority of the guide/tour leader throughout the tour.Deposit / payment--First step, following receipt of your booking request, we state the tour availability Participation in a tour will be confirmed to participants after reception of booking deposit only. No deposit means no firm booking. Deposit must be received by the Company at least 15 days before the tour or services begin.Deposit is not refundable, as it will cover our booking fees and expenses. Hotels,tours,flights Payment instructions and details will be sent by email. we require advance full payment. Payment can be made by bank transfer or by credit card. We welcome American Express, Visa & MasterCard.Cancellation--In case of cancellation by the client(s), the Company will retain or invoice the full deposit amount of required services. On the Company's side, once we have received a deposit, there is little reason that we should cancel a tour, however the Company reserves the right to cancel any trip at any time, in such case all payments/deposit already made will constitute full settlement with the participants.Refund Policy--Booking deposits are not refundable for any services.Tour arrangement services must be cancelled with advance notice of minimum 7 working days in order to be entitled to a refund, deducting our deposit fees.High Season: During high season some tour or hotel reservations have a different refund policy, and this will be stated in your tour registration.In case you decide to stop a tour for any reason during the tour or before the end of the pre-arranged program, no refund will be made for unused portions of the services or tour arrangements.Participant AgreementParticipation in our programs implies the client's agreement to the above conditions and the paid deposit stands for proof of acceptance of our general conditions.
